A Typical Day at Aim to Shine
8:00 AM
Start of Shift
Meet the team, review the day's schedule, load up supplies, and head to the first job — usually a residential home or vacation rental turnover.
9:00 AM
First Property
Work through our detailed room-by-room checklist. Every job is assigned, timed, and structured — so you always know exactly what needs to be done.
11:30 AM
Mid-Day Break
Short break between jobs. Routes are kept local, so there's no long drive between properties — you're never far from home.
12:00 PM
Next Assignment
Second property of the day — could be a deep clean, a commercial space, or another vacation rental before guest check-in.
2:30 PM
Wrap Up
Final walkthrough, restock supplies, and call it a day. Most shifts wrap up by early-to-mid afternoon.

Do I need prior cleaning experience?
No experience is required. We provide full training before your first independent job. What matters most is your attitude, reliability, and attention to detail — we'll handle the rest.
What does the hiring process look like?
After you submit your application, we'll reach out within two business days to schedule a brief phone conversation. If it's a good fit, we'll bring you in for a paid trial shift before making anything official.
Is a background check required?
Yes. Because our team works in clients' homes and businesses, a background check is required for all new hires. This is standard for the industry and helps us maintain the trust our clients place in us.
Do I need my own cleaning supplies or equipment?
No — we provide all cleaning products and equipment. You'll need your own reliable transportation to get between jobs, but everything else is on us.
What are the hours like?
Most shifts run from morning through early afternoon — typically 8 AM to 2 or 3 PM. We offer both part-time and full-time arrangements depending on the role and your availability. Evening shifts are available for commercial cleaning positions.
Is this seasonal or year-round work?
We have both year-round and seasonal positions. Vacation rental work is heaviest in summer, while residential and commercial routes are steady throughout the year. Let us know your preference in your application.
